Nr Birmingham City Centre, 5 Bed, Luxe Inn

There are plenty of rooms and beds, making it a perfect place for a big family stay. House was very clean, towels provided, and basics such as tea and sugar provided in the kitchens. Free parking near the property and a grocery store around the corner. The host was easy to reach and on hand to help with any queries. Location is close to everything if you're driving. I would definitely come back and stay here for future trips to Birmingham.

The downstairs bathroom wasn't in order, but the host made reasonable adjustments for us. This wasn't a deal breaker, but it would be a 10/10 once this is resolved

The place got changed as we was travelling. Too slow in letting us know the 2nd bathroom was out of order so moved us when we was on our way

The house looks just like the pictures, it’s great for a group and the place was clean and comfortable.

The downstairs shower and toilet was blocked, when you flushed the toilet faeces would come out of the shower; which rendered this bathroom unuseable for the stay, and when there were so many of us staying in the house it was abit frustrating. Upon arrival there was only one toilet roll available - and this was annoying as we had to go out to buy some - considering we booked 3 nights for 7 people I’d have hoped there was toilet roll.  Arriving to the property from Germany my expected time at the house was 15:00 - when I requested to go into the house earlier I was told the checkin wasn’t until 16:00 and if I wanted to access earlier it was £80. For an hour I’d have hoped this wouldn’t have been the case considering the length of stay and if the home was already clean as this checkin time is later than average in any case. Just things that I think could be improved, hope it’s taken constructively.
