Good bed, clean linen. Very well located next to the uni and bus stop.

It was not particularly clean in my room, and there was for example an old milk in my fridge. The pictures are from common areas, in the room there is an old carpeting and a roof window.

Great communication from the hosts. Very clear instructions. Great location. I was impressed they gave me the attic room I requested

A couple of extra hand towels would have been a help

The property initiated a immediate refund

Nothing. We didn’t stay. Was smelly of toilet and drugs. Inhabitable place wouldn’t even let a dog sleep there. Very bad. There was cr***heads outside do the property smoking. Also catfish. Wasn’t spacious at all.

rotten food left in fridge, extremely noisy building through the middle of the night, didn’t feel safe or secure, misleading photos on the website, run down and shabby

Leaking problem and without Wi-Fi in three days, agreed with one-day refund but didn’t receive and refuse to reply.

It was fairly clean

The bed was very lumpy The floorboards creaked badly above, so every time the people upstairs moved it would creak really loudly Not the fault of the host but the area was particularly scanky with rubbish bags, mattresses and tat all over the streets, I felt scared to leave my car parked up
