Stunning outdoor area, liked that there was locks on all the bedroom doors. Beds were comfortable and fab location to get into the city centre

I booked this place with my friend and our daughters for a much needed break and it was worth it! the house is really cute but the garden was where we stayed the most!😍the hot tub was set to the right temperature before we arrived so we was able to jump straight in👌🏼defo worth booking the host went out his way to help us with everything even let us check in early because we had some personal issues before arriving host was hugely generous, kind, friendly, patient, polite I can't fault them tbh 100% will be staying in future🤞🏼loved every moment there!

there's really nothing i didn't like just a small hiccup on the cleaners side think there was maybe a party booked before us and outdoor floor was bit messy but host took that seriously, wasn't happy about it at all and apologised genuinely on cleaners behalf other than that everything was perfect

We absolutely loved the hot tub, it was honestly a highlight of our stay. The addition of the hot tub was very convenient as it gave a lot of privacy. The fire pit was another amazing feature. It created a very warm and cozy atmosphere. It really added a memorable touch to our stay as it did get quite cold in the evenings. The kitchen was also very well equipped, with all essentials we needed during our stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it easier to prepare food without any hassle. Overall the amenities were excellent and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The mirrors were quite small in the rooms and bathrooms. We were unable to use the snooker table due to how small the living room was as well.

They will gradually lose wonderful customers like you.’ I have never experienced such poor customer service and rude behaviour. They have no idea how to speak to or maintain guests. Cleaner couldn’t find 3 vapes under a bed prior to our arrival but my small son did, so they found a chair with scuffs along the back and blamed us, took money from deposit! The chair fit into the rest of the property’s theme of being run down. Please read other reviews on this property of honest people writing feedback and the poor communications skills of the host writing back in such a gross manner. Internet connection - poor unable to use Netflix during stay on and off it would stop working. Mobile phone WiFi terrible! Washing machine not in use - dodgy unreliable plumber. Hot tub and outdoor heaters although promoted on post is an extortionate add on. Host price is not appropriate for the state of the house. Following on from the issues of the entire stay I then received abusive WhatsApp messages where I had to block the host due to the aggressive messages due to me complaining via booking.com. We now know that would be due to the backlog of complaints the host has received.
