Nice house with good location

Good location, and all amenities available. Check in process - ok.

Wifi was a problem. Bathrooms were wet on arrival - common bathroom shower head was not stable.

The staff is very slow to respond to all inquiries. The day I checked in, I had to wait for 30 minutes because there was no key in the lockbox. The wifi is bad, and the accommodation does not include Netflix. In terms of returning the deposit, it took a very long time to return it even though the management said it would be returned within 24 hours but I waited for 3 days and there was no update from the management about the deposit and so on.
