"Good house but poor customer service"

Definitely a clean house with good condo facilities, location wise is near to the town and many shops and eateries nearby the condo in walking distance and the price is relatively low

As claimed, Deposit refund within 24 hours but I have waited for 27 hours upon checking out to be refunded. And they never get back to me, not until i reach out to them in WhatsApp in the next day. In conclusion the staff isn’t helpful & responsive. It takes hours to reply my messages.
