The room is clean and neat

Very bad staff. The response from the staff is extremely slow. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been waiting for 3 days and still haven’t received the receipt, even though I’ve been asking politely every day. I don’t know what the staff are so busy with. There’s a WhatsApp group with 3 admins, but none of them respond. Very disappointing!

Interior design was good

Toilet was very verysmelly, giving out bad odors. Shower head was broken and leaking. They tied shower head with a rubberband. Netflix down due to no payment done by owner. Not worth for the paid money value.
