ARYA Sumba - Kodi Resort

Loved everything! Booked to celebrate my partner's birthday and the staff even decorated the room and gave him a birthday cake! Honestly it succeeded my expectations. It was a bit rainy so we could not enjoy the pool as much as we would've liked! Room was very cozy and breakfast was included 10/10 Thank you!!

This resort is a luxurious, beautiful option for those looking to relax by the pool. The beach is also stunning and the beds were very comfortable. That being said, when we visited that was all that was available since they had newly opened.

We were unable to visit the spa since it had not yet been fully built. Additionally we were continually underwhelmed with the food considering the menu was enticing and there were a variety of choices. We tried many things but again, were not too pleased with how things tasted. This was hard especially because you will only eat here, so we were sort of stuck with our options.

I recommend it, it's a unique place. The hotel is in soft opening but it met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and the quality of the food was remarkable. The houses are so beautifully furnished and I loved the outside shower. I recommend staying for a few days, this place has a lot to offer. The horseback ride at sunset was unforgettable.

Overall a fine stay. The bungalows are comfortable, the staff lovely, the beach beautiful. Really enjoyed the big hall by the beach / pool for meals and hang out with the sunset. Given the hotel just opened we were just a dozen guests which was nice!

A few details/design not very well thought out: for instance I thought that the bungalow where the big double window door is poorly designed, in plain view of anybody passing by the path that goes alongside all the bungalow....not particularly clever...basic design flaw

Really beautiful quiet place, perfect beach, new clean accommodation. Excellent food and friendly staff. Everything worked perfectly as agreed including airport pick up and trip to waterfalls.

The beach, pool area and restaurant is amazing

our room was in a compound with three other rooms and a shared pool, actualy it was ok but if you look for privacy and is high season this should be avoided

This place is absolutely incredible, the beach feels like pure paradise, the food is incredibly delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every moment, and I’ll definitely come back the first chance I get.
