It's good option if you want to stay close airport. There's a train station close.The room is big,breakfast great! The staff is very friendly!!

Maria and her husband were super friendly and very obliging and came to pick us and dropped us off at the train station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Unfortunately the location for us was not convenient but Maria made it durable for us. Thank you again for our stay Maria you were a pleasure

Maria was a wonderful and friendly host. The location was perfect for FCO.

A room in the basement, dog above us always pacing, no A/C on a 100° day, someone burning something irritating, water leak from the drain pump, loss of cold water and then loss of hot water.

The reception and general conduct of the staff is top notch. I really enjoyed my stay at the place

Potted plants outside that were dead. ( a pet piece of mine) also very concerned about the dog that was there. Otherwise all was a good rest, comfortable and the hostess, Marie, very kind.
