Size of the room and friendly receptionist.

Disappointing pool, much smaller than photos.

2nd time we have stayed here. We love the pool and hot tubs (although there were 3 last year and only 2 this year) Hammam was being repaired but we were warned about this when booking. The Chinese restaurant next door is a highlight. Will stay again, its a very convenient stop over for us when driving back to the UK from the alps

The decor is a little tired but everything is clean and organised

Without any doubt, the swimming pool was the strongest point for the hotel. Also the breakfast was quite good. Rooms are average (a bit more 2** than 3*** in some aspects) spacious, but old.

Some quirks that are complicated to understand, like the hair dryer placed behind the bathroom door.... Mandatory card to open the room lights, but not keyless door (so, when you try to exit, you need to open the door without any light)....

Comfy bed, clean room, free public car parking, all you can eat Chinese buffet next door.

Didn’t realise hotel was in a retail park. Hotel had run out of bath towels so had to use hand towels.

Near shops

Hamam was not working

Breakfast was lovely. Air conditioning worked and bed was comfy.

Spa hot tubs were dirty
