Where to start! We booked as a couple but only one set of towels. No soap at all in the container in the shower. Shower sealant has been bodged many times and the finish is appalling. Toilet seat hanging off, not secure. Bathroom smells damp , probably because the solid t big enough to rinse your face without splashing water on the unit and floor. Breakfast food uncovered and we saw flies landing on meat, cheese, butter and bread. The staff were pleasant on arrival though.

Rooms had good a/c

The central courtyard on the top floor was like an oven in the afternoon/ evening and still hot at breakfast time although a/c was put on to help.

The hotel was very clean and tidy but very much down the "travelling for work" purposes line. Un-staffed open ground floor reception. Reception area is on first floor via stairs or lift. Spacious room, air conditioning, well appointed but no tea or coffee facilities. The hotel is located on a Retail Park Outlet and the Tikki Bar, 45 seconds from the hotel door, is the only place to eat outside the Hotel. Parking is not secure and once the Retail Park Area closes and the Tikki Bar closes the whole place is in darkness. There is a KFC on the edge of the Retail Park, half hour if you're walking, but it closes at 10pm.

Vehicle security especially if your using a motorcycle.

Room clean and comfortable.

It was so hot especially in the bar area.

Spacious and good amenities.

Late check in 5pm the fact the spa closed at 5 so not able to use it after a long drive one of the main reasons we chose this hotel
