I'm sorry but I am not happy at all with my stay, yes it's clean, and convenient for the motorway but the advert is misleading. There is NOT a coffee and tea maker, only sachets of coffee and a kettle so this is dishonest but worse still NO FRIDGE , this is the reason I booked this property, I have gone away to enjoy two days sunshine and purchased items to go into the fridge during the heatwave, ALL THIS WAS WASTED and I had to bin it at my cost, now this IS dishonest and something should be done about it as I wasted a good few pounds . The top room, number one was obviously extremely hot and stuffy, I have had to go out and purchase a fan , again, at my cost, on calling the landlord he told me, sorry, we don't have a fan, so I did not ask for the fridge, I intend to make a complaint to booking.com regarding the lack of the fridge which is stated on the advert. I also did not bother to mention that every time I returned to the property I have to shoulder barge the door to get it to open, at first I had to go back down to seek the cleaning girl who helpfully came up and showed me how to do this, not very helpful noise wise for other tenants. Finally I hope I do not get the blame for the table in the corner which is about to fall apart and ready for the refuse tip. Again I reiterate the room is clean and ideally situated but the advert is dishonest, in this heatwave on a top three floor this is very necessary. Get this advert changed.

The room was spotlessly clean, with everything I needed. The bed was good with plenty of pillows. The price was competitive.

Nice, clean, comfortable, reasonably sized, well-maintained private ensuite room with towels, shower gel,soap, coffee, tea & kettle all provided. Flat-screen TV & free Wi-Fi connection. In a modern house on a quiet estate. Plenty of cupboard & storage space. Carpeted with nice curtains. Excellent value for money.

Not a lot of evidence of staff on site, with entry by outside combination key safe. Uneasy about leaving valuable items in the room unattended. Basic Information about getting in, etc via a smartphone app ...but as I don't carry a smartphone, it caused a bit of an issue gaining access on the day of arrival. There was no tables and chair, so it was awkward using the PC, sitting on a trunk seat or the bed, which might be an issue if you need to write correspondence or do office work during your stay. However, it's possible that a table and chair would be provided on request. The room was clinical & impersonal with bare walls. No pictures or paintings.
