Stayed for a 2nd time in the same room number 1. Issue with the oven not working previous week was sorted the day I notified the Landlord. Excellent

Large, spacious room. Great WIFI. Comfy bed. Good en suite. Large TV. Fully fitted kitchen which is useful to make your own meals. Tesco express and a Marstons pub 2 mins drive away.

The property was easy to locate , felt safe, rooms provided were in pristine condition, we really did enjoy the facilities provided in general. Comfy beds and beddings, super clean rooms, and toilet, though we didn’t use it , the property had a spotless kitchen/dining space… felt like home really.

We stayed in rooms 1& 2, which were at the top most floor of a townhouse and are opposite to each other. Rooms were fairly decent sized and looked newly renovated. Beds were comfortable and lighting alright, we didnt need to use the heating so couldnt test it. Check in process was very smooth as we rang the owner and he instructed us for a smooth check-in. There was a kettle, tea bags and coffee sachets, which we used and found thoughtful.

There was no parking as the marked parking for the house was used by another car. Although I was able to find free street parking opposite the house, I was a bit nervous about parking on street as it was a bit narrow for my liking and a bit busy with people in the neighbourhood driving in and out. There was a common toilet on the first floor, which we never used but when we went to have a look, we could tell it had recently been used as there were soap and lather remains in the bath tub. We had a ensuite in one of the rooms so we adjusted. Carpets in the room could be vaccumed better as we found dirt here and there. There were other members living on the ground and first floor, which I didnt expect. Not that they bothered anyone, we didnt even see them but would have been nice to be informed about this.
