Location is very good as it is a little closer to my place of work when compared to other place booked before

I didn't like anything about the room.

I didn't like anything about the room because it was not fit for purpose. I had to check out after 2 hours of checking in because the two radiators in the room wasn't working. I contacted the landlord and he kept telling that someone is coming to fix it but nobody showed up. I left with the impression that it is his usual practice of deception. He advertise his apartment promising heaven on earth, only for you to check in and be disappointed beyond toleration. My advise is that booking.com/airbnb should blacklist this apartment until the landlord put it in order for human habitation. Bearing in mind that we are in the winter months, customers should not be put in an apartment that is not fit for animals. In an ideal world, customers shouldn't be telling the landlord to fix the radiator in a room that he has already collected money for. If a room is advitised, it should be exactly as advitised. Anything short of that is outright deception and obtaining by trick.

Great communication with the host throughout the stay.

There was no hot water, when we called we were told the Landlord had turned it off, so we could not have a hot shower before visiting family. There was also no heating on so the room was freezing. House smelt of smoke as someone was smoking in the rooms downstairs.
