"Exceptional"

Plenty of space, double en suite, warm.

Chipped cups, rusty pet dish. Porch smelled of cat wee (never saw a cat). Lounge lamp shade had dead flies in it. Shower tray in double room was slippery needs shower mat.

"A real find - a modern and comfortable loft apartment in a quiet village but close to A1, with a good coffee shop/ca"

Beautifully modern, tastefully decorated, very well fitted out and comfortable apartment set in a lovely village that is conveniently situated for the A1 but still a very quiet location. The added bonus is The Bean Genie Cafe located in the same building as the Loft- serving fab coffee/ hot and soft and food.

The spacious living area and the sea view

The very late check in time and early check out times and the lack of flexibility. Also too many emails repeating the same things from host and stay.

2 ensuites Kitchen well equipped Comfy settees/ living area

We arrived & the property had not been serviced. We had terrible customer useiess service both pre visit & when we called to report we had arrived & the property was unserviced. This property is run by Host Stay agency who we will never book with again. They are only interested in the money it seems not in caring for the guests they are supposed to be helping. The cleaning Manager & her team is the one who saved the day. She was wonderful & helped turn around what was initially a disastrous start to our special celebration birthday weekend. Also, pile of old rubbish out the back window, Not a lot of facilities within easy walking distance. Wouldn't want to walk to the nearest pub along very busy major road.

The bathroom wasn’t properly clean. Spots on the mirror from flossing teeth and the taps were dirty. Also the sink needed wiped over

"Lovely apartment but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children"

The apartment for the most part was very well furnished and equipped with a high quality and tasteful decor. Nice and warm and very clean. Distant views to Lindisfarne were lovely.

The mattress on the main bed was of poor quality and very uncomfortable. The approx 12 very steep step stone steps up to the property were tricky to negotiate.Parking space was very small.
