"Would have been fine had i not booked an additional night and got embroiled with "Host & Stay""

There were no issues with the property, nor its owners (whoever they might be).

The Agent for this property - namely "Host & Stay" are a company i will never do business with again and i would urge Booking.com to consider whether they wish to act for this company. After i paid for an initial 3 nights through booking.com, Host & Stay contacted me (through the Booking.com website) to offer an additional night at the end of the 3 night stay. They subsequently took payment twice and i'm still trying to get them to refund the overcharge. Additionally "Host & Stay" also bombarded me with e-mails, firstly welcoming me (again and again); providing information about getting into the property, telling me my responsibilities in relation to maintaining the property, but also offering me a private chef to come in and cook (it was self catering accommodation), offering me membership to a Gin Club, and because they looked on this as two separate bookings all these e-mails were repeated often & came twice. Must have had over 30 e-mails.
