Songbird Lodge - Near brew pub/10 mins from Snowdon

Very Relaxing

We loved meeting the host Karen on arrival, that was such a lovely touch for us. The Lodge was so comfortable, with fantastic scenery around us. The accommodation was central to all the places we were visiting during our time there, the host even recommended some places when we saw each other, the day after arriving. All we can say is we had a fantastic time on-site as well as off-site. We definitely would like to go again.

Location amasing , hostess was wonerful , place was spotless

Location was surprisingly easy to find, which is good. The host is wonderful and the views are stunning - went for NYE the summer here would be glorious :-) Great situation for all the Snowdonia attractions. Lovely cozy, homely cabin, all the necessary ameinities. The bed is super comfy too and great power shower - water heats fast and stays hot in all the taps. Tea, coffee, sugar and salt all there as well as pots, pans, oven trays :-) Very much a little home from home.

The pillows need replacing with newer more modern ones, and there needs to be another pair of pillows available (there were 2 very thin, lumpy pillows for 2 people, so one each). And there needs to be a second pair of towels as well (2 towels for 2 people for 5 days) - yes you can dry the towels on t he rack, but if you have long hair and wash it in the shower, both towels are used in one hit then, so some spare ones would be fantastic. Some spare bin liners and rubber washing up gloves would be great too.

Really nice location and was very quiet.

Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is wonderful and very convenient for the rest of northern Eryri. The artwork around the lodge really made it unique and special.
