Better checkout experience

The property itself enjoys the quiet scenery because it’s so farther away from the main city. The gardens are nice but that’s where the nice things end in my experience.

A lot of things. The property, not heritage and relatively new amongst the Taj Jaipur properties, seems to have fallen on hard times somehow. The first room we stayed in had dirt in corners and stains on washroom objects. We were given a room that was a twin room with another family and we couldn’t sleep all night due to the chatter in the other room. When we let the hotel reception staff know on the morning, they said they will try to do something about it and switched the room but nobody informed us while we were away and even upon our return. When we inquired again, it took them 1.5+ hours to eventually help us switch to the new room. The service is extremely slow, the staff seems mostly apathetic, the breakfasts are crowded and table don’t get cleaned in time neither does the staff voluntarily ask if something is needed. As cherry on top, we asked if there’s a bar or restaurant at the facility and we were sent to the gym by the staff with much confidence to watch the game (true story). The area around the hotel as soon as you step out is actually a landfill, complete with plastic and waste covering the whole locality around it. Overall the prices and the major distance from downtown does not justify a booking here.
