"Sehr gut mit Abzug einer schlechten Erfahrung, die Lebensmittelhygiene betreffend."

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und gleicht einer Art "Festung". Demnach fühlt man sich auch als Gast - man wird mit Golfcars von A nach B gefahren und mit äußerster Freundlichkeit rundum betreut. Das Zimmer war tadellos sauber, schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Betten ein Traum und die Nächte ruhig. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Speisen in Buffetform - sowohl zum Abendessen als auch zum Frühstück - die ausgezeichnet schmeckten. Auch Vegetarier finden genug Auswahl. Der SPA-Bereich ist toll und die Massagen wirklich empfehlenswert! Gym modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Toller Kinderspielplatz bzw. Klettergarten. Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel bzgl. Ausstattung, Komfort und Angebot einem 5-Sterne-Haus auch nach europäischem Standard.

Leider ging ich davon aus, dass die lebensmittelhygienischen Standards in einem 5-Sterne-Haus selbstverständlich einwandfrei sind und habe daher ohne Bedenken alles gegessen. Den Ausgang der Geschichte kann man sich vorstellen... Das ist der Grund, weshalb ich meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hause insgesamt "nur" mit Gut bewerte. Ansonsten könnte die Poolanlage etwas gepflegter und moderner sein (die Bezüge der Liegen waren teilweise fleckig etc.), aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau").

"A nice relaxing luxury get away"

The property is beautiful...the rooms are gorgeous as is the ambience. The mornings are especially lovely, as the property is set amidst the hills and the views are amazing.

The adventure activities are very basic. Suitable to young kids more than any other age group. The food is OK- nothing out of the ordinary.
