"It was overall a lovely stay"

It was quiet and peaceful, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice and clean. Kitchen was well fitted -

There was a terrible smell on arrival - we had to quickly open up all doors and windows, the check in process is ridiculous and time consuming (to get into the building) and the cleaning lady (who was lovely) arrived at 9.15 while we were still in the property. We had to ask her to go and come back at 10.
