HUNagyon jól felszerelt szálláshely. Még napernyő és napozó ágy is volt. Saját, garázsban lévő parkoló is nagy előny, mert Tenerifén a parkolók mindig tele vannak.
A közeli strand nagyon szeles.Kocsival érdemes máshová menni, ha nem szörfözni szeretne valaki.

IEThe location was fantastic, the apartment was clean, we were met by the housekeeper who gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. There was free wine left for us and chocolates. The underground parking was really secure, the swimming pool is available, clean and taken care of. A really quiet location suitable for families, total silence after 10pm. Overall great place with great facilities. If we will come back to the island we will come back here.

ITStruttura vicino al centro e alle spiaggia. Per raggiungere altre località è un buon punto di partenza. Se affittate un auto ha anche il posto macchina in garage.
La struttura molto bene, il problema è stato causato da degli incivili al piano inferiore che hanno volutamente fatto casino,nonostante siano stati avvertiti più volte fino alle 8 del mattino. Il proprietario saputo della cosa e visti i video si è mobilitato dano poi la sua piena disponibilità in caso fosse riaccaduta una cosa simile. Ma ciò non è avvenuto
DESchöne moderne Wohnung im 2. Stock, bequemes Bett+Sofa, gut ausgestattete Küche (bis auf die Schneidebretter, die wären aus Holz besser). Pool der Anlage sehr groß und toll zum Schwimmen, wenn auch etwas frisch morgens. Alarmanlage gibt gutes Gefühl bei Abwesenheit (Bei Anwesenheit lässt sie sich ausschalten und die zwei Kameras mit Bewegungsmelder kann man dann leicht mit etwas abdecken).
El Médano ist bekanntlich häufig windig, Balkon war mir daher zu kalt, im Sommer aber sicher positiv. Gelegentlich laut durch Flugzeuglärm und Windgeräusche vor allem bei stärkerem Wind. Der Nachbar der Wohnung drunter liebt laute Telefonate über Lautsprecher, gerne auch noch um Mitternacht und irgendjemand schiebt gerne Stühle oder andere Möbel, Filzgleiter sind in Spanien wohl unbekannt.
