Struttura accogliente, ottima posizione, estremamente calda.

Appena arrivati, dopo aver recuperato la chiave nella reception centrale (distante 20 min a piedi dall’appartamento), ci siamo recati all’appartamento ma la nostra chiave non apriva la porta, il codice riportato sopra era anche diverso da quello riportato fuori la stanza. Abbiamo contattato il costumer service con non poche difficoltà per farci aiutare. Poi hanno provveduto ad inviare un supervisore che ci ha aiutato e portato una nuova chiave dopo un’ora. Abbiamo quindi perso diverso tempo.

Upon arrival, there was no key available, and we had to wait 45 minutes before we could enter the apartment. Once inside, we noticed that the apartment was not properly cleaned. There were a lot of hairs on the couch, broken cabinets, and to our shock, cockroaches in the apartment. We were offered to stay one night in another apartment and then return to the original apartment the next day. However, it is common knowledge that cockroaches require professional pest control, and a one-night relocation does not solve this serious hygiene problem.
