Bed was not good condition, shower nozzle (OK but could be bigger) Organisation (much too many emails (booking, rent company) If you have a kitchen I would expect a coffee machine with coffee pellets (e.g. nespresso) or spices (salt or pepper).

The location was fine

First of all, we didn’t get the apartment we booked. The apartment we reserved was next to ours, it was larger, had a bigger window, and a better view. When we contacted the hosts, they told us that the units were of the same category, but that’s not true. The apartment we stayed in was much worse. The apartment was dirty, old, and worn out — it didn’t look anything like the photos. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, and the whole place smelled of dampness. The floor was dirty. The upper bed was broken. The sofa was also torn and, on top of that, terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. The curtain on the upper floor was broken too — it kept falling down and couldn’t be lifted. Maybe that’s for the best, since the view from the window was terrible, which you can’t see in the photos. All in all, there are much better places to stay in Budapest for that price — we were very disappointed and truly sad.

The apartment isn’t the same than on the photos! Upon arrival and every single day after there were cleaning equipments in front of the entrance which we found it very weird and creepy . On our arrival the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, it was hair everywhere. After complaining, they reassured us they will send someone to do another cleaning which has never happened. Dark apartment. Tv and internet doesn’t work .

"Free Taxi" offer not honored. Internet connectivity aweful. Kitchen utensils sparce. Photos doctored to make the space look better than it is. Phone number is fake (I assume they provide because Booking requires one), so I could never contact a human. Instead I was directed to talk with a AI bot on WhatsAp who, when asked "how does the internet work?" Responded by explaining how "the internet is a system of computers connected throughout the world..." All requests for assistance (toilet paper, internet repair) were met with form "I'll contact the team and they will reach out" responses. Never did anyone contact me, and when I insisted, the robot always replied that the "team" was busy with emergencies. Emergencies all day every day. Pure Corporate Greed. I assume there was one, half-asleep guy monitoring the bots' interactions with guests at 100+ properties but that's only speculation because I never saw or interacted with any human. And I haven't seen it yet, but look at the response to my review. And compare it to the responses to other reviews. It's all AI generated.
