Nära till det mesta. Vi tog oss runt med tåg, spårvagn och buss över hela staden. Många restauranger och butiker i närområde så vi hade allt nära bostaden.

Kändes först seriöst med bra kontakt, tills vi kom till boendet och det inte uppfyllde bilder eller beskrivning. Trasig säng och dåligt städat, en kladdig stor fläck under sängen och fläckig madrass.Haft kontakt med dem flera gånger och de ber alltid om ursäkt för att det tar tid. Vi bokade boendet(3 nätter) pga eget kök så vi kunde laga mat i lägenheten. Vi hade bokat för 4 personer och det fanns 3 glas, inga gafflar, 2 tallrikar, ingen kastrull, ingen skärbräda osv. Det gick alltså inte att laga mat. De lovade frukostkupongen och att komma med husgeråd, inga frukostkuponger delades ut och bestick kom kvällen innan vi skulle checka ut. Saknades fortfarande massor för att kunna laga mat. Försökt få svar angående kompensation sen 19 juli när vi checkade in och märkte den trasiga sängen och att saker saknades. Fortfarande inget svar(15e aug).

Wasn’t easy to understand how to check in and get key in the system ( because it wasn’t via booking.com! It was via another platform and unexpected). We missed link in “Guest/Advisor platform.

Despite near to the pub, the apartment is quiet. Good location

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the center. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware and utensils. The staff is excellent—they responded to my messages promptly, and I could sense their genuine involvement and willingness to help and provide good service.

On the downside, we had informed them in advance that there would be three of us and that we were coming from Vienna and would arrive tired after the journey. Despite this, when we checked in at 11 PM, we found that the room was prepared for only two people—only bath towels were provided, and the cleaning was mediocre. Fortunately, after I reported the issue to the company in the morning, the problems were resolved (thanks to the BQA team!), and they compensated us for that day. Still, the experience was somewhat spoiled.
