The bed was ok.

I have to call in front of the apartment because they never give me the key code for my check-in (even though I downloaded the app that you requested and made everything on time). When I could enter I leave my backpack and help my parents with their check-in and when I came back to my apartment a person (maybe a cleaning men) was going out from it. That is so unprofessional, at that time was already 16pm and my belongings were inside. The cleaning inside was really questionable, the bathroom was full of fungi, the cutlery was insufficient and the smell that comes from humidity is unbearable. The ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work and to finalize, internet NEVER worked in the entire stay. The picture are not accurate, so will get one apartment or the other without knowing which one.

Good location, near bus station, stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The bathroom is clean, good beds and comfortable, equipped kitchenette. The owner very helpful, we had a very late check-in, give us a lot of recommendations. Good for family with children.

The apartment is modern and extremely well located.

Before the stay, the host was helpful in recommending some restaurants and informing us of what bus to take. I was impressed. On arrival, we had no cot despite requesting one. The host took a while to communicate back with me but eventually got one for us. Our baby is 1 year old, so this was essential and stressful them saying that they may not be able to provide one. We had no bedding or towels in our room. This was totally unacceptable. After checking in at 3pm we were finally given these to us around 9.30pm, which is totally unacceptable and I had to send a numbee pd messages to keep requesting these which then took away from us being able to enjoy our trip. We were charged a cleaning fee but the accomdation was dirty and didn't have any Beeding or towels which were essential. I also informed them that at the same time, the heating was working downstairs, and it was freezing. The heating was eventually sorted out at 10.30 am the next day. So we had 19.5 hours with no heating being freezing cold with a baby. We were not given towels until 12.30pm the next day, so that was 21.5 hours nearly a whole day with no towels, meaning we couldn't wash and get ready to go out again, totally unacceptable. Every time I messaged, I was simply told that they were waiting for the textiles to arrive. Personally, you shouldn't be renting accommodation if you can not supply the basic necessities, and if there is an issue, these should be readily available to rectify. On a number of occasions, the host never even replied. I asked to make a complaint, but there was no response. The apartment is modern and located well, and I can not dispute this at all, but the service was poor, and the missing essentials are totally unacceptable, and the time it took to rectify the issues was unacceptable beyond belief.

It's born as an apartment for 4 but it's a lie. They rented this apartment for 4 people but in reality it was maximum for 3 people since the sofa bed, if you can call it that, was actually a single mattress and there was a risk of falling in two and really hurting your head. Also when we arrived the beds were undone there were no sheets and the bathroom towels were missing: the host replied saying he would provide it but it wasn't like that AND WE WERE FORCED TO BOOK AND PAY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL! Only after our incessant messages, the host provided us with towels and sheets but be careful.. they were not enough for 4 people. So we contacted the host who brought everything in plastic bags generally used for garbage. When we opened them, the sheets were dirty and broken. And we made the bed by ourselves!

The property was clean, well-equipped and overall very nice. There even was a TV with Netflix access. The customer service was purely amazing. Our host (Eyal) texted us throughout the whole stay with tips and information. He also responded very quickly to our questions. I appreciated his helpfullness and complaisance.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that it can get pretty cold there, especially downstairs. It can be resolved by turning up the heating, although, there is only one small radiator downstairs.

Very helpful and kind host, gave us a list of recommended places to visit and where to park. Apartment was perfect for 2 nights stay and location was great, only a few minutes away from metro/bus/tram stations, nearby grocery shops, fast foods and very close to the city center and only one metro station away from the main train station. If you are with a car keep in mind here off-street parking is very expensive and on-street parking has a very limited space, so better to park on one of P+R parking lots near the metro station outside the city center and use metro to get to the apartment. Check-in and -out instructions were clear and simple. Apartment has one of the biggest showers I have ever seen in any other apartment! Apartment heating is done only with several independent electric radiators which works above expectations (except under the shower). During the night there was surprisingly quiet, some noises from neighbors but no street noise at all. Bed was comfortable.

- apartment was not properly clean upon arrival - mold on the walls above the shower, humidity extractor fan was not working - some of the photos used on booking site are from a similar but different apartment - uncomfortable sofa-bed - broken/stucking buttons for flushing the toilet - very cold under the shower - poor wifi experience especially in the bedroom where it didn't work most of the time - basic equipped kitchen - very dark entrance of the apartment at night - overall this apartment needs a better maintenance as it has a great potential

Beware! Scam! We’ve been given an apartment completely different from the photos. The host has said that photos are just a gallery and blamed booking.com for allocating that apartment to us! Dirty,smashed,hairs everywhere,nothing works. Refused to cancel and refund.
