Location, tidy, attentive service

Spent five nights here. Nicely renovated, good use of space with the sleeping loft above the toilet and kitchen. When arriving we hadn't gotten any information on how to enter the building. Guessing the email hadn't been forwarded, but the customer service was swift in sending us the information. Sketchy entrance as other has mentioned, with limited light and smelly recycling bins in the entrance. When we got the the room we immediately noticed that towels were missing. Spoke with the customer service AI, which later turned into an actual service member, who would forward our request to the cleaning staff. Nothing did however show up during our stay. Also experienced the first proper summer days with temperatures above 30C. That's when we noticed the AC didn't work. Spoke with the AI again, and then a service member who sent us a maintenance technician which was promising. Sadly he entered and immediately stated that he was in no way able to help us fix the AC and promptly left. Told us he'd be in contact with customer service but we didn't hear anything, and that left us disappointed since the previous encounter we had with them. Nice place, close to a lot of things in the town, but we have mixed emotions after this trip. Enjoyed the place but wouldn't recommend it due to the issues we had.

Location. Very quick to respond when required information.

Smells of drain. No sofa like the picture. No extra pillows when requested. Bed was lumpy and hard.

The appartement has a very good location. Good communication with the host. Helpful host.

We arrived Budapest and the building around 18, and we went beside it because we didnt see the door. When we found it, it looked absolutely bad. Dirty and very dark. I called you to get help with the code, and talked to a very helpful guy 👍🏽 The building and stairs was so dark and very dirty, and i did not feel safe. I would never go there alone. The apartement was kind of cool, but sooooooo much smaller than expected. The window-view was directly out in the very, very, very ugly back’yard’. We could not open the curtains. We felt trapped and it was very dark. We moved out after one night of four and booked another place. We got satisfied then and enjoyed this beautiful and diverse city!

We loved the building, it was a beautiful location in Budapest. Close to the tram lines and local supermarkets, and many wonderful bars and restaurants. Near an open space. The building had character and was charming. New modelled room with plenty of space, heating and air con, wide open windows, warm lighting.

The duvets were kinda thin and singular on a double bed. The shower was kinda broken and tricky to use but still helpful.

The entrance is not shown on the website but it was not very inviting. It also showed pictures which on the website looked amazing but didn't match the reality.There was a kitchen but there was no pans to cook with, therefore we had to go out for breakfast. We couldn't cook a meal at all.The bed was on a Mezzanine level... the stairs access was not suitable for anyone elderly. There was a bed settee but no bedding so my adult daughter and I had to share a double bed. The bed was squeezed against the wall and was difficult to access.I had email conformation for room 2 but on arrival late, after contacting the host I received an email to say we were booked in room 5 and was told the manager would ring me in the morning and sort this out but I had no contact from them all week! The room was basic, not deluxe, as suggested. There were no hand towels, bathmat or tea towels and the wardrobe was above the fridge in the kitchen area. Had we been able to cook our clothes would have been smelling of food! So, overall very disappointing!
