good central location, easy access. modern and nice shower

unfortunately there was issues with our check in from the get go. they gave incorrect room information and gave us access to a room that was clearly occupied. we luckily left straight away and managed to sort it out by being given a different room key code by the staff via the live chat. when we got in our room it was a good room but it wasn’t the cleanest. dirty dishes and dirty tissues in the bedside draw. on the second day after returning back to the apartment we noticed someone had been in the apartment and changed the sofa to a different one.

Ideal location lots of local bars, restaurants, local grocery shops also no more than 20 / 30 min walk in any direction to all the great tourist spots however Tram & metro on the doorstop just download the Budapest Go app. Accommodation its self could have been cleaner and lack of lighting in entrance was slightly intimidating on arrival however was fine once you knew what to expect. No comfortable seating area if you chose to have a night in a small couch with coffee table would have been better rather than the large awkward dining table. Communication with owners was fantastic though, extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend for groups/couples for short break stays.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. We were a little apprehensive about the building entrance which looks quite run down but, once inside, the apartment has been renovated to a modern, high standard and felt very secure. Good communication with BQA - it is AI-based but did have a real person step in when needed. Location is great for getting around - 3 min walk to a tram stop, 10 min walk to a Metro stop and 30-45 min walk to most attractions - though it was very noisy at night (bar downstairs and other bars and restaurants around).

My wife and I took our two teenage children to Budapest and stayed here. It was very convenient to walk from the main bus terminal and had plenty of food options nearby for us all. It was within easy walking distance of everywhere, including the shopping areas, all five bridges and the Houses of Parliament. Communication from the owners was clear and excellent. The apartment was very good quality and was presented very nicely. I am very fussy about cleanliness and I was very happy with the standard of the apartment. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Budapest. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The location was perfect! Very close to bus and tram station! Quick access to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was very good even though it was at a different place of our stay.

The upper floor is too low, my husband hit his head twice on the lamp. The stairs only have protection on one side where the wall is, on the other side there is no protection which makes it very dangerous for kids. According to the photos on Booking, the TV appears to be connected to Netflix, but there is no Netflix account. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but in my opinion, it is a bit misleading.

Location was great, surrounded by many places to eat and drink, also well-connected to the rest of the city. Everything about communication and check-in was automated

There was a bit of AC noise from the inner space. The apartment was not soundproof

Awful sewage smell from bathroom and could have been cleaner.. my husband is 6ft 3 and struggled to stand up fully in the bedroom this wasn’t mentioned in the description.. one pillow each flat and the mattress was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable

The property is in a good location for bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historical attractions on the Buda side of the river.

The check in process was far from clear. We received a txt message just before our check in time containing door code and lock box details. This is absolutely fine but this was not communicated prior to arrival. The apartment facilities were not satisfactory. There was one glass in an apartment for potentially four people. Also there was no free WiFi details provided. When we enquired about WiFi the details we were given did connect but didn't provide internet access. The TV also wasn't able to use any apps which required internet access.

The location was perfect Spacious apartment for those that have no problems with stairs. Not suited for older couples I would say. There was no coffee machine just a kettle. I thought would be standard. The showerhead was broken which I reported.
