Great apartment, shame about the Wi-Fi not working, or the Air Conditioning unit. There wasn’t enough towels on check-in, but the staff did come by to rectify the problem.

Not the best. Promised money back never received. Had to sleep on the floor as the bed was broken on arrival

Well-situated and the apartment is big

The bed were not comfortable, the mattress were not flat but were tilted. We could hear all the noise from the street and from the other apartment

Location, comfort, cleanliness, size of the house, everything was very good.

You just never check in before 14:30. That's a strict rule. That's why we wandered around outside with our bags, because there was a charge for leaving the bags.

The apartment layout is really great! The loft style bed was really good, the bathroom had great shower pressure and hot water! It was a nice space and a very easy location to get around! The staff who helped (fix internet and bring extra towels) were very lovely and helpful.

There were definitely a few basics missing. Firstly, there was no couch and then general things which you don’t think to look for like hand towels, tea towels, basic tea and coffee kitchen amenities. Our tv also didn’t work and couldn’t connect to the internet. These things could be easily fixed and I’d recommend to do so as it was really improve the stay. Bed was ok!

We did not receive information on how to enter the building and nearly had to book another hotel as we couldn't get a hold of the owner when we arrived for a long time. We did not have WiFi for 3/4 days we were there although the apartment states that it does and when I messaged about this I received no answer. We also received no hand towels for drying hands after washing. Communication was poor and the apartment was also dirty in some places like the shower. Would not recommend!

Great location. Spacious. Beautiful room. Very clean. Shower _ great . Staff responsive on WhatsApp for any issues.

Duvets very thin therefore uncomfortable-. Crockery _ kitchen facilities are bare minimum. Could benefit with tea towels or kitchen roll to dry plates. Also would have liked broom and or dustpan and brush and some cleaning spray for kitchen. ( We stayed for 7 days - maybe not an issue for short stay) Only one mirror _ would prefer another in bedroom (with light) . Would benefit drawers in bedroom.. Ground floor has a late night sports bar _ very noisy - therefore on several nights hadd isturbed sleep . Also - could hear noises from the adjacent apartment.

The location is great, but unfortunately that's all.

The biggest negative was the communication with the accommodation. An hour before arrival, we had no information about picking up the keys to the apartment. When we arrived at the place, the keys were not in the key box. Based on a telephone conversation, came a young lady, who went to clean - prepare the apartment at that time. There was no information about the Wifi network in the apartment. When we asked the accommodation owner, he sent us networks that did not exist there - in other words, the whole time without internet.
