Great location and really well appointed with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Lots of space - great views from most windows

Some of the fittings were a little worn like the coffee table , there were no toiletries provided (apart from a half used pouch of shower gel on the bathroom sink and there was a used and washed up cup and spoon left on the drainer when we arrived - possibly used by the cleaning staff?? Mis matched wine glasses. The main issue was the shower ….couldn’t adjust the temperature and the shower head wouldn’t stay in place Too much communication regarding check out time ….didn’t need as many text messages 😕 Communal area could’ve been cleaner Some of the above are just picky observations which did not detract from our stay which was really great! 😊 Top tip….add Beer O’Clock to your recommended places to visit for drinks (only two doors down from the accommodation

Given the cost, we were surprised my minimal shower gel and cheapest toilet paper

Everything the apartment,the location,the comfort,the views from the windows, I honestly can’t find fault with this property I highly recommend it.

Had issues getting into the lock. Not helpful on the phone. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 days. It could have been cleaner. We was asked less than a week before for a non refundable £25 damage protection. We should have been told about this when we booked. And the table was damaged the carpets had stains & the bedding had holes init.

Good location for Central Whitby

Difficult access with no parking, strong smell of damp when entering outer property door. No welcome pack offered, not even bottled water or biscuits.

Couldn't fault the apartment, really clean with great facilities and fantastic views.

The fact that Booking .com stated we had 48hrs before stay commenced to cancel, yet the owners policy is to take full payment 7 days before and no refund after that date.There was an extra and hidden charge of £20 Insurance which we were not aware of for a 2 night stay for breakages which the owners insisted had to be paid before we got the keys. Basically no insurance, no holiday and no refund of the full amount of holiday which they had already taken.
