View, location, shower, clean towels and bedding

Paid £145 for one night, then after purchasing I had to pay them an extra £25!! For damage insurance, not optional! If I’d had known this I wouldn’t have bought, I thought 145 was expensive enough as it was. The place was not clean in my eyes, stains all over the carpet and worktop, hob and various other surfaces dusty, marks all over the walls and ceiling? It needed repainting, sofa and bed was not comfy, sofa lumpy, mattress ok but the pillows were terrible, there’s a sign telling you to empty the bin, pulled out the black bag and the bin inside was disgusting

Lovely modern flat, location of flat close to the centre of Whitby, although access was down a bit of a dodgy alleyway, Fabulous view out of the bedroom window. Kitchen equipped with all the facilities required for a long weekend away

Smelt like wet dog and damp at the bottom of the entrance staircase. Narrow stairs to get upto the flat on the 4th floor. (not a bad thing for us, but some people may struggle with them)

Fantastic location brilliant views of Whitby, great accommodation looks like it did from the photos.well equipped kitchen

The entrance to the property had pigeon dropping on the door which was something to be aware of as it was down a narrow alleyway

Fabulous views. Feeling of space and calm. Good facilities. Well laid out.

A bit too many stairs. Grubby entrance. Unpleasant stain on headboard 🙄 soft furnishings were stained in places. Having to pay £25 insurance cover on top of my initial total amount.

The stairs, the side door was very dirty with bird poo unfortunately.

Good location. Stunning apartment with good facilities.

Bird droppings at the entrance (possibly out of the hosts control). Skylight windows could be cleaner considering they should be easier to clean.
