First time in Budapest, and I have to say the apartment was everything I expected it to be, cozy, perfect location, and comfortable. Host was friendly, accomodated my husbands extra needs for towels, and also suggested as great programes in Budapest. Defenitely recomend it to travelers who dont want to spend a lot of money but still want a relaxed and comrotable stay! Will be coming back!

Very good location, near New York café and public transport, including Metro. The apartment is easy to be found only if you follow the video instructions that the host is sending prior to arrival.

In the A1 (small apartment) there is absolutely no place to store the clothes, no hanger, no wardrobe. Beds were not very comfortable and the room is big enough just to sleep there.

My stay was very disappointing. At first, no one sent me any check-in instructions, even though the check-in time was at 3 PM. After several attempts to contact the host, I finally received a message with instructions, but I had to go to a completely different street to collect the key. Getting to the actual room was very difficult, involving some back entrances, several elevators, and opening about seven doors. When I finally entered the room, it looked nothing like the photos. In reality, it was in poor condition: rusty pipes, dirty floors, dust and trash under the bed, stains and dirt near the sink, and a dirty towel dryer. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed. The bed itself was terrible — not a mattress, but some kind of pseudo-sofa with wooden slats sticking out that literally pressed into my back. It was impossible to sleep comfortably. On top of that, there was constant noise, and someone in the next room was coughing all the time, day and night, which made it impossible to rest properly.
