Super new and modern decore, very clean and well finished.

The bed was basic and uncomfortable, the was limited towels and no space to hang clothes.

Great position near M2 metro . It’s at 15 minutes by foot to ruins pubs and great Sinagoga . A lot of bar and restaurants nearby.

Very minimally equipped, it is basically a room with a kitchenette that has only the most basic ustensils, for example I was lucky to have my Swiss army knife to open a can, in the absence of a can-opener. There was no clothes-cupboard in the room and no other option to hang clothes, not even a clothes hanger for my business jackets, so I spread my business clothes over the chairs to avoid creasing. I found the process to get the key a little overdone , one needs a key to get the key, one of the key-boxes is at another address. This other address was not in the instructions and was actually hard to obtain, inter alia because the WhatsApp number is manned by a chat-bot that kept giving me useless answers before a human got involved. By that time I was pretty frustrated. Being a light sleeper, I also suffered from the considerable street noise, since the room faces a very busy street with trams, cars and night-life which the sound insulation of the windows isn't able to keep out.

The room had an appealing design but lacked functionality. It’s conveniently located near supermarkets and just a minute’s walk from New York Café.

Obtaining the proxy key was frustrating. Despite following the instructions received via WhatsApp, the key was missing from the lockbox. After repeatedly confirming I was at the correct location, a supervisor was sent, arriving 30 minutes late instead of the promised three. The process felt like a scavenger hunt—first retrieving the proxy key from a separate location, then using it to access the accommodation. After an exhausting hour and ten minutes, we finally checked in. Although booked for two guests, only one towel was provided. Despite assurances via WhatsApp that additional towels would arrive the next morning, none appeared until the third day—one with a stain. The kitchen lacked basic necessities like a kitchen towel and drying rack, we had to use some napkins we had to dry the dishes. While the bathroom was separate from the shower, handwashing required moving to another room as there was only one soap dispenser. There was noise from both the neighbors and the boulevard, but we always carry earplugs for situations like this.

The place was really nice and clean.

The building is a bit run down and busy with people coming and going. The area is walkable everywhere but it’s not very nice. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Very helpful hosts , great location ,very clean . Everything was excellent apart from the quality of the mattress. Great stay would recommend 😊

The apartment is conveniently located near the city center, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was pleasant, although it could get quite warm if you don’t open the window. It has a fridge and a hot plate if you want to prepare a quick meal, and there’s also a kettle and a hairdryer available. However, that’s about it in terms of amenities.

I stayed at this apartment recently, and while there are some positive aspects, there were a few issues worth mentioning. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned, but after check-in, someone came to clean. However, we had to ask them to disinfect the floors and clean properly, as this was not initially done. We also received only one towel per person and a small amount of toilet paper for a two-night stay, which felt insufficient. There were several maintenance issues as well, including broken door handles, a faulty water faucet, shelves in the cabinets that were damaged, and the heating system giving errors. The LED lights above the mirrors were also falling off. The apartment itself lacked some essentials, such as an iron, sufficient kitchenware, and a safe. Additionally, the noise from outside was quite disturbing, and when the windows were open, dust, noise, and odors would enter the apartment. Despite these issues, I believe with a little investment and effort in maintenance, the apartment could be a great place to stay. It has a lot of potential, and with some attention, it could easily become a pleasant and functional space.
