E13 - Grand Boulevard Heritage Suite - Best Location by BQA

Had problems at the check-in because the code I was given was not working. In addition to this, on the second day, the keybox had disappeared and I risked being left out of the building because my phone battery had almost run out.

Great location, clean room and bathroom, some kitchen stuff. It was warm enough in apartment. I like that we had really warm and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Was no place to put clothes, no dresser or even hook. Also were no trash bags, for 5 nights we had only one.

Amazing location close to the metro station, beautiful apartment that looks exactly like on pictures, central heating, clear check-in instructions, polite and friendly host. Also, it is a real historic building in Budapest.

dirty window sill on the street, table near the mirror was sticky, soap dish for liquid soap didn't work, faucet in the sink in the bathroom was unstable. The most unpleasant thing is that there were a lot of cockroaches in the hall, and they were even in the elevator! Plus, the was a trash smell in the hall.

People commenting that you cannot contact them and everything. Let me tell you, the moment i texted him that we didn't have sheets and towels, he reacted in seconds and after coming back from dinner everything was set and done! It happens and at the end everything was great!

Everything was perfect! Location, host, clean, bright, beautiful apartment with beautiful details. I am so happy that I found this host and everytime I visit Budapest will come again here! 1000000/10 💕

Everything was perfect and easy.

The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It's very spacious too with big windows. The check-in was easy peasy as the host sends all the information before hand plus really good recommendations of places worth visiting and restaurants/food to try. You cannot wish for a better host really. Super attentive and replies promptly. The host provides luggage storage after check-out which we thought was very thoughtful. We felt safe walking around the local area both during the day and at night and it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

A hand towel in the toilet would be useful as well as a tea towel in the kitchen and some bin bags. It would also be nice to have a coffee machine. But these are minor remarks. Everything else is perfect.
