The staff were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had. The location was excellent close to metro and on a tram line that runs straight to the Danube. Situated next to the New York Cafe it was in the heart of the city.

It would be nice to have had a pot for cooking, tea towel, bowls and maybe a few things like oil and salt and pepper.

Dobrá lokalita.

Chyběly klíče ve schránce. Hostitel nás nechal čekat víc jak hodinu před ubytováním a přestal mi reagovat na zprávy. Kdyby tam nebyl pár z Itálie, kteří měli stejný problém, ale jim normálně hostitel reagoval, asi bychom klíče ani nedostali. Check-in byl v 15:00 a dali mi vědět až v 18, že tam údajně nastala chyba. Dovolat se jim taky nejde, zvedne to robot.
