The apartment is in a fantastic location, really central and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The host was so helpful and provided a list of recommendations for us. Self check in and check out was very easy and full instructions were provided ahead of our arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable with modern decor. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Budapest.

Use of a coffee machine would have been excellent

The host provided a helpful video guide covering the entire process, including building access codes and apartment entry instructions. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I visited in December, and the apartment was adequately heated.

Not accessible to people with disabilities. I recommend the host provide some basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and tea, which guests may not want to buy for a short stay.

neighborhood wasn't good for my perception, construction site right in front with a power drill waking me up in the weekend and there was a lack of kitchen equipment and blankets. The host was kind enough to provide all assistance possible, could provide a frying pan I needed, and brought me a smaller pillow but unfortunately wasn´t able to provide a blanket in time which despite the fact the apartment had AC, I´m used to using one.

Good kitchen ware and excellent heated towel rack is our favorite part.

It is true that you have to book this for its location. It's just a few mins away from the the train station and key landmarks in Budapest. I didn't have to book a taxi to get around. There's also a supermarket nearby (SPAR) so you can buy things you need. The washing machine also worked well. I must also say that the host is very accommodating and really nice. He sent someone to fix the heater (THANK YOU!) when I complained about it. Also, he allowed me to extend until 12nn to check out.

For solo female travellers, two things you need to know about this place. 1. There's no lift or elevator in this building. You have to be ready to carry your luggages up and down the stairs (around 2 flights). It's how the building was built and not the fault of the owner/host. I'm just a bit disappointed because when I asked if there's an elevator, I didn't get an answer. I felt it was deliberate not to tell me. I just found out when I got there. I had to carry my two heavy luggages when I checked in and out. 2. At night, sometimes the light doesn't turn on when you enter the building. I had to use my phone flashlight to go through the gate and the stairs. It can be very scary for solo travellers like me, so just be ready. The good thing is that when you enter the actual room, it's modern and safe. I hope the host/owner can do something about the light in the gate and stairs for solo travellers.

The location is great, the host is so kind and helpful and always here for any doubts or questions.He gave us the best recomandations about restaurants, bars, places to visit. The place was clean and had all we needed for our stay.

It's not my 1st time in the city, also in the place, found it pretty nice location close to all amenities pratically, clean appartement very quiet day and night,easy access, nice staff, help you H24.

This time was some problems ,they need to fix the shower, the towel were not of good quality(littel and thin) no hair dryer, need salt,sugar ,oil in kitchen Also the pillow old and bad qualité(need to bend them for sleeping).
