The place was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed. The host was amazing, he was very responsive and helpful with everything that we asked. I highly recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a place that is a great value for your money. The location was near the center, only 10-15 minutes walking distance and the neighborhood was very safe considering we were two friends. There is also a pharmacy and a couple of markets just outside the apartment building, and a couple of bars and restaurants. There is also a money exchange just 400 meters outside the building that has great exchange rate, bearing in mind that we were offered a very low exchange rate in other places in Budapest.

The building was in the beginning scary and not very welcoming, but so is every other building in Budapest. You get used to it and realize that it is normal and nothing out of the ordinary. We had problems with the boiler, but as I said the host was very responsive and called the maintenance team right away.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, however the entrance of the building and the corridor were old and dirty as if nobody ever cleaned the staircase.

Although the building was a bit run down, like most in that area, not the landlords fault, the apartment was modern, everything was new and it was spotless clean. Eyal the landlord accommodated us for early check in and kept in touch through out telling us where to eat places to visit. Around the corner from most of the ruin bars and plenty of place to have breakfast.

Location was absolutely perfect. Multiple eating joints nearby. Tram is within walking distance.

I liked the facilities and the host was initially very responsive but this property put my life and valuables in Danger

I was robbed and the staff was so non -challant and not surprised about it, almost like it was expected. There are also two codes to get into my apartment so it’s very likely this was an inside job. Staying at this place put my life and valuables in danger!!!!
