D48 - Central Boulevard Residence - Best Location by BQA

Everything was perfect: comfy, clean, responsive host. Eyal gives recommendations and also responds to messages quickly. The location required us to take a cab from Keleti but there are direct bus options available too, it’s just we had too much luggage. The location is conveniently located in the Jewish district and close enough to the main road and supermarkets like Spar (3-5min walk away) The kitchen equipment is clean!!! And I utilised the washing machine well. It is a fair price paid for a great apartment.

Minor issue with having to carry our luggages up the stairs but it was only 2 flights and nothing 2 girls can’t accomplish by themselves. Could also hear some light noise from the aircon unit but it’s really minor.

Only thing was no tea towels to dry the plates and cups used.

The location is excellent, the apartment is very close to the tube station and walking distance from the popular attractions. The place was cleaned and comfortable. The host, Eyal is very friendly and helpful. He explained well how to find the key and check in ourselves as we arrived at the place very late.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was spacious and clean, centrally located, seamless self-checkin, comfortable bed, and plenty of local recommendations provided by the host. Good WiFi and air conditioning.

Note that this is a busy area and the bar hoppers outside can be quite loud late into the evening! Was not an issue for me, though.

Am utterly appalled to be offered a bribe to write a positive review

The photos are deceiving. They show a wonderful bathroom, yet the shower head is not connected to water. Why would they do that. Very very disappointing. I hate being deceived. After writing the above, the owner came back to me and offered a refund, however that refund turned out to be a bride, to either delete the review or change it to a more positive review. I am utterly appalled to be offered a bribe, and can assume all reviews prior to this is a whole lot of rubbish. I don't support bribes and you cannot trust any review on this accommodation. Stay elsewhere

Excelent location, nicely furnitured, modern, clean. Friendly host. Near subway/merto station.
