Nagominoyado Hanagokoro - Reopening in Mar 2024

The hotel was amazing. Surrounded by a lot of trees and plants, we could enjoy a nice bath in the private onsen surrounded by nature. The room was Japanese style, with living room area and very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was also nice. Congratulations to the chef, the food was amazing.

We arrived at 11h and the check-in was at 3pm. We already knew the check/in time but what surprised us is that we were not even allowed to access the place. They picked up our luggage at the entrance of the hotel and did not offer us to wait inside or go to the toilet. And it was strongly raining outside. We were really surprised by this cold welcome.

Everything!!! First class all the way!!

The reception staff doesn't care at all about you, they failed to receive our luggage from SAGAWA and we had to pay to send it to the next hotel. When we arrived they stated at us as if we were not expected or welcome. They didn't even offer water or anything while waiting for the checkin to be available. We had a room with a private onsen, they also didn't offer us to use the onsen while we wait for our room. I cannot describe how uninterested they are in doing their job. After 9:00 PM you cannot leave the hotel as the staff has to hand you your shoes and they are not there anymore. There is a construction site nearby and cars often rush though this street. I recommend you search another onsen place if you value your peace of mind.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Our private bath was also beautiful and clean. Very close to the Hakone ropeway which was very convenient. We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door.

There was nothing to dislike it was the perfect place to stay!

L'expérience de l'onsen privé... les repas délicieux, le confort de la chambre, le personnel aux petits soins pour vous... super expérience Facile d'acces ... moins de 5 minutes à pied du téléphérique et du funiculaire (station Sounzan)... parfait pour explorer la region...

C'est assez luxueux... donc le prix va avec... Par contre, vérifier avec l'hôtel l'accessibilité si vous êtes en situation de handicap (PMR) car il y a pas mal d'escaliers
