Very good layout. Large rooms with well thought out area for clothes and luggage.

The kitchen was fitted out with everything that was needed from a short stay to a longer one. The host left everything needed to making hot drinks - milk in the fridge, and even a sweet treat with our first cup. Thank You. The kitchen was fully fitted with dishwasher, and washing machine - all instruction's left in a handy folder. The house was exceptionally clean, and warm. The lounge was overlooking the river - the view stunning. The bedrooms were very clean and beds very comfortable, even toiletries in the bathroom. What else could you ask for? The hosts were so helpful, and supportive. Brilliant location for all of the activities and attractions in York.

The property was modern and had pretty views, easy to walk into the city centre. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The lounge was a good size,plenty of seating and great TV. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and ample storage and the bathroom had a wonderful deep bath.

Too many stairs but not much can be done about that as it is a townhouse. The shower was a bit on the small size but on the other hand the bath was nice and big. Needed a bright light on the mirror in main bedroom.

Great location. Lots of room very comfortable and well appointed space.
