The Bridge Apartments, Unit 34

Peaceful and quiet.

The cleaning person destroyed our groceries and also made accusations that we opened the locked cupboards that belonged to the owner. We came back to the unit to find all the cupboards doors opened ajar, the unit was barely cleaned.

Tastefully decorated unit. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen. No WiFi.

The place was just like the pictures, clean and neat. Everything is just as the pictures show. The location is perfect. Host was easy to work with. The car parking was under a cover which is a bonus.

The place desperately needs a fumigation. At night, a lot of cockroaches come out, you cannot leave anything open as they go inside them and are all over the floor. We had a chips packed opened and there were 2 cockroaches inside it and 3 on the floor. Very unpleasant to deal with while on a holiday. No doors were left open at all either during the day. There were also bugs in the dishes cupboards and on the dishes. It is not mentioned that when there is loadshedding, the water is switched off.

There is to many bugs inside the house as well as cockroaches. The one bed had to many stains on the duvet. The hooks in the one bathroom was not screwed in properly so they couldn’t be used and the toilet seat was broken.
