Check in was smooth nd place looked exactly like the pictures

The staff wasn’t friendly.

The apartment was neat, tidy and clean when we arrived. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful.

After booking the unit it was very difficult to communicate with the property owner and agent. They do not respond to emails and messages and do not return calls in a hurry. I did not get a response from Anne Marie for the duration of our stay regarding the aircon and wifi. The unit did not have wifi and a hairdryer as stated on Booking.com. Anne Marie said that she would put in a hairdryer and arrange wifi but there was none when we arrived. The unit was infested with cockroaches of all shapes and sizes. It was very unpleasant to find them in the kitchen cupboards as well as bedrooms. We could not unpack anything. All our stuff remained in the bags for the entire weekend so that we could zip up and seal everything especially food. The aircon in the lounge was leaking and I was told that someone would fix it when we arrived but nobody attended to it during our stay. We had a bucket under it to collect the water. The unit was cleaned however bath towels and the dish cloth were not replaced. There was no view of the estuary from this apartment as seen in the pics on Booking.com.

Was clean and had all the necessities. Very nice.

The living area aircon leaked buckets fulls all weekend. Was an eye sore and kept wetting the area...

Central location,

Some areas needed attention with cleaning. Generally ok though. No soap or cleaning implements so when Aircon dropped water nothing to clear it up!
