The location, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The flat is comfortable and very clean. Has everything needed for cooking.

Great communication from Matt. Very easy to retrieve and return the key at the local shop. Great location, quiet Street, lovely view of the church across. Furnished well with thought out consideration for the guests. Great hot water pressure. Love the Nespresso machine. This is now on my wish list ❤️

There wasn't anything I didn't like. All was communicated well and the apartment information book was sent beforehand to download. There were no surprises.

Tiny bathroom and 69 stairs from street level to apartment

We loved the property, the building was beautiful, the apartment was lovely, compact and thought about really well, lots of kitchen essentials to use, heating, lighting all good, loved the choice of colour in the rooms. We enjoyed being on the third floor, so if you’re not good with stairs this isn’t the place for you. The host had great communication and returned messages very quickly. Just round the corner to shops bars and the beach front, very well positioned.

I kept slipping on the rug / mat in the living room, whether it was my shoes or the material I’m not sure, looked like it had been taped down previously but still I slipped. It didn’t bother me too much and made me roll my eyes at my own self.

The building and flat are very nice and the location is great

I thought it was a really nice, small space but (hopefully, some helpful tips) the bathroom needs a rethink. The sink is a guest sink - way too small, no shelf near the sink so nowhere to put toothbrush etc. The shower screen is way too small so water went everywhere. And a proper mirror is needed. The sofa was very stylish but too narrow so you couldn’t tuck your legs under or get very comfy for watching TV. No spare cabinet to put food etc in kitchen, and sorry, but you need a mirror and small dressing table/ shelf near the bedroom window to do make up etc. The full size one behind the door is great but in the shadows and make up bag was on the floor. Otherwise, would be perfect for the price.
