"A lovely flat in a great location."

Great location. Close to sea front. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars very close by too. Kitchenette had good selection of cookware, crockery & utensils.

Parking was tricky but I understand that’s typical for most centrally located properties in the area. The flat is also at the top of several flights of stairs & there is no lift so whilst not a problem for me, it might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

"Lovely space to relax and enjoy Brighton and Hove"

Such a great space to stay beautiful decor really comfortable bed and black out curtains meant I slept so well. The little touches tea, coffee, basics like salt and olive oil as well as lovely shower toiletries made a big difference. I was within walking distance of lots of lovely places to eat and also the beach was so close. Highly recommend.

Well I feel it’s not a problem but be prepared for a few stairs up to the property but it’s worth it.

We stayed here as we had a wedding and I cannot fault it. The place was beautifully presented with everything you needed. Matt was very informative when it came to finding a place to park and places to explore etc.

Modern decor, spacious for a 4 night break, everything you require for a comfortable stay is provided. Host us super communicative and I valued this as a visitor. Location of the apartment is great, loads of good eateries nearby. Brighton a super quick and easy walk, sea super close. We will be back 10/10

Very modern and clean. All amenities were great. It’s nice to have a kitchen for cups of tea or else. Easy to access the flat. So close to the sea front. Nice restaurants and bars close by. Everything you need for a nice stay in Brighton. It was perfect.

The noise from neighbours at night but not much can be done about that…

This is a lovely apartment kitted out in the highest specs in a great location. It was super quiet at night and the host Matt was really helpful and super responsive to our questions. I couldn’t rate this place more highly.

The number of stairs to the apt could be an issue for some people although it wasn’t a problem for us. The host thoughtfully pointed this out when we made the booking.
