Above expectation, immaculately clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It was beautifully furnished with lovely classical furniture and ornaments that are available to buy if you wanted to. The facilities and location were excellent and the property was very well equipped. It’s a mixture of modern conveniences such as key coded door access but the building still has its original features. Location is so central and although near to the level crossing the occasional train noise was imperceptible. Parking was very convenient and Seraphina detailed instructions to access the parking and property were very accurate and helpful. The supermarket is literally across the road and the quaint cobbled streets of Rye are just around the corner

Perfect location, stylish, comfortable, well equipped

An excellent place to stay. Really comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk into the centre of Rye with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Ease of having no keys to handle, just keypads was brilliant

Maybe a full length mirror could be added but everything else was great

Gorgeous decor and right by the train station - very easy to get into town

No mattress protectors on beds which I think is a necessity when staying in a holiday house. Towels could be bath sheets instead of just towels.
