Close to the train track and regular trains but pass by quickly.

Fabulous! From the moment we booked this apartment we knew it would be perfect. Seraphina sent us a detailed and useful email with everything we needed to know and what to expect from our accommodation. It was centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the main buzz of Rye. Across the road is a supermarket. The apartment itself, was light clean and airy perfect for two couples with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms/showers. Kitchen had all the amenities, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Host popped a chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us. Having some board games and cards in one of the cupboards was a great addition which we made use of. The apartment was tastefully decorated with lovely pieces of vintage/antique furniture and there were lots of pieces of pottery dotted around which were available to buy. Would 100% recommend and return to, if in the area again.

Beautiful flat, clean, great location to Rye town

Small thing that wasn't a big problem at all but towels too small

This apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious - with lovely natural light. Has a great space in the living room / kitchen. Lots of things you would need on a trip are there to make your stay easy. The bedrooms are comfortable and all rooms are lovingly decorated. Easy to gain access with codes and felt save and secure. Good lift if you have luggage but easy one flight of stairs.

Being right by the train station is awful - am sorry to say I barely slept. Bring ear plugs! The person above doesn’t half stomp around at all odd hours. Also if you have a car bigger than a Volkswagen golf I would not try parking in the small bay for the parking assigned to the apartment. The master bathroom toilet / drain - wasn’t sure which had a strange smell.

Modern, clean and spacious.

As it’s close to the train crossing, we was woken up very early both mornings due to the train horns every time they drove past.

It’s a fantastic trendy apartment in a brilliant location. All mod cons. Great to have tea bags and bits like salt n pepper. Two bathrooms was a real bonus. Loved it

The people who live above, seem to walk around their apartment 4 am to 8 am and you can hear them. So not this property’s fault. But kept us awake

Al heel vroeg in de ochtend (5am) veel lawaai van bovenburen. Veel lawaai van straat en trein (vanaf 6:30pm)

Eigenlijk niets maar als ik iets moet zeggen is het het bed.

Flat was spacious, very tidy and good location

Bed was uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced. That would make a significant improvement to an already decent stay
