Die Wohnung ist klasse! Sie ist wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Klimaanlage ist top! Wir waren zu einer Zeit in Genua, wo es draußen um die 35 Grad hatte - die Klimaanlage hat das perfekt reguliert und war immer angenehm. Man hat über dem Kühlschrank sogar ein Eisfach. Finde ich super! Noch dazu riecht es in der Wohnung sehr gut. Ich hatte mich bei der Buchung gewundert, warum der Besitzer immer genannt wird, nun wissen wir es: Nicola war ein super Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und es war schön ihn öfter zu sehen und Fragen stellen zu können, da er grad in der Nachbarwohnung zu tun hatte. Er hat sich uns nie aufgedrängt. Sehr angenehm! Ein großes Dankeschön noch mal! Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und sehr nah am Zentrum bzw. zur neueren Einkaufsstrasse und zur Metro.

The apartment was decorated in a charming, atmospheric style that truly reflects the character of Genoa. It’s not modern like something out of a catalogue, but rather classic and full of personality. During our stay, we only had access to one room - the bedroom - as the living room was not in use. The bed was very comfortable. There were only two chairs in the bedroom, one of which was plastic, so it wasn’t the most comfortable setup for spending evenings indoors. The kitchen, on the other hand, was very well equipped, with beautiful tableware and everything we needed. The host even treated us to a taste of local liquor, which was a unique experience :) The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the centro storico, surrounded by shops, bars, cafés, a stunning cathedral, and the main square, from which it’s easy to get to the airport.

Some of the old-fashioned features weren’t very practical to use (like the two-handle tap ;)). We could hear noise from the street, which added to the charm during the day but was a bit disruptive at night.

Everything was exellent! The apartment is really good value, clean and convenient, beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well-equipped, you can find everything you need for cooking. The owner could not have done more to make us feel comfortable! Grazie mille, Nicola!

Everything was really nice. The property looks exactly as shown in pictures. Location is great, close to all main sightseeing locations, bus and metro stations. The host is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Genova.

The only minor thing we have to mention is the noise from the outside and night, especially on the weekends. But we didn’t mind. After all, you will be in the city center and close to bars, so it is expected.
