Nicola, the owner is very kind and helpful. He explained us everything and has shown us the access to the parking, to the old town and the appartment. As it has been raining, he drove us with his car to the appartment (Inside the old town, no cars were allowed, except you have an authorization). The location of the appartment is top. We liked everything

Nicola's restaurant recommendations were very good! I tried 2-3 of them and enjoyed them all. I also appreciated his list of typical Genoese/Ligurian foods and desserts which I could keep an eye out when browsing through restaurant menus.

This appartment is just wonderful. The furniture and inventory is handpicked with love and spotless clean. Bed is super comfortable, shower working perfectly and kitchen equipped with everything you need. It is true that it can be a bit noisy at night from the street (people talking and laughing), but if you choose to take an appartment in the old town to be in the middle of a vibrant city, this is what you get. And you can also close the wondow and turn on the AC. We were a bit affraid before if we would feel unsafe in the typically genovese narrow alley, but wasn‘t the case at all. Felt safe all the time. Nicola is just the most lovely host. He takes very good care of the appartment and the guests. Super nice, gives many tips if wanted and is super responsive if sth is needed. Absolute recommendation! If we come back to Genova one day, we definitely would love to stay here again!

This place have everything you need: tasteful original design, comfortable beds, all the amenities (literally anything you can think of: kitchen equipment, bathroom, etc). It's placed in the city centre. The owner, Nicola, is lovely and welcoming! He is keen to provide you with any tips you needs and make himself available for the duration of your stay. TOP service!

It's an amazing place and there is nothing I could complain about! If I think really hard, 2 things that could be a nice addition would be: - a rack to hung and dry wet towels / clothes (washing machine is available) - little table cloth on the night table - it's made of metal, so it makes a bit of noise while putting phone or a class of water next to the bed. Again, I'm being very picky here, cause this flat is perfect!

Big apartment in the heart of Genova, a few minutes walking to all major Genova attractions. We really loved our staying, the owner Nicola was super welcoming and provide us some great useful tips about Genova. Would definitely return!
