A little noisy until the bars close.

The apartment was one of the best I've ever stayed in. Very comfortable, very clean, and a really nice, accommodating, and informative host.

The owner Nikola was able to assist us in every way, and his suggestions of restaurants and sights. really enhance our visit. We felt safe and comfortable at all times, and he checked in on us at appropriate times.

Nothing, really, only small things that ask the upmost of preferences. Maybe the noise in the area could be less because some of the garbage gets picked up in the early am. But that's beyond his control.

Nicola the owner was super supportive and helpful. The apartment is super clean, offers anything you can think of and is located very conveniently.

This was the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The host had amazing taste and attention to detail from beautiful artwork on the walls and crystal glassware in the kitchen to live plants, bottled water in the fridge, coffee pods, teabags and sugar, body wash and even connectors for international phones. It felt like staying in your cool cousin’s house or something like that. Oh and also smelled so nice and was spotless clean.

An excellent location, right in the city center. Many attractions nearby (e.g., Christopher Columbus' House). Nicola is an exceptional host. He provides plenty of information about places to eat, where to go to the beach, offers access (for a fee) to parking, and gives you all the information needed for an excellent stay. Also, the check-in and check-out process is very simple. The apartment is elegant, clean, with an authentic Italian fragrance. Everything is simple and beautiful, very comfortable! There’s a fully stocked supermarket on the ground floor. Highly recommended!

The only minus is the slightly louder noise due to its location nears cocktail bars.

It was the great experience in Genoa! It's so charming apartment! The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and has everything necessary for guests. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic quarter of Genoa, there are public transport stops nearby, so you can easily get where you need to go. The time spent in this apartment left only a pleasant impression. And I would like to express my gratitude to the host Nikola! A lot of thanks to Nicola for his help with all questions, tips and recommendations. Nicola helped me a lot to make my stay in Genoa varied and interesting and to learn more about the spirit of Liguria!

The apartment is decorated fantastically with classic touches. Has everything needed for travellers, kitchen well equipped. Nicola helped with parking, restaurants and touristic locations.
