Wasn't informed about a $250 security deposit until I arrived at the property. Was unable to check in because I didn't have the extra $$ after paying for the room thru Expedia. They did however Mark down that I checked in and charged me for not one, but 2 days stay! Would never again book here. Piss poor management.

The manager Donna was amazing very polite and whenever I needed something was very awesome when it came to bringing stuff to me

The manager is friendly. She took care of any issues I had. Upstair roooms are nicer then downstairs. Beach is across the street but you have to walk down a bit to get to the open beach access spot.

Pretty good value for the price. Everything was pretty clean, but there was still clearly a roach infestation. Until they post proof of extermination, I would pack a can of Raid.

Refrigerator in room. Smart t.v. Walk to store Win Dixie and Dollar General. For Publix, I was not sure so I took taxi.

I have stayed at Studio 1 several times, everything was excellent then

no one was there to check me in when I arrived at 400 the check in time, after calling several times with no answer, I decided to leave the property at 5:30! 3 other guest tried calling also with no answer! manager called me at 545 and apologized for not hearing her phone and I told her I had already booked another room and I wanted a refund!!!
