The room met my expectations

The heating in the bedroom would switch off automatically. Unless if that’s how it was set

It was within walking distance to the place we needed to be. Small apartment with parking. Living and kitchenet with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The apartment was clean. Close to shopping area with take away. bar restaurant and Tesco.

The apartment backs onto Tesco although we didn't experience any noise from them (Christmas day) the security lights are on all night. The quilt was small and thin.

Nice little apartment, suitable for solo traveller or a couple. Everything necessary for a short stay to hand and a convenient location. Easy access once I understood that instructions had been sent separately and easy check out.

Apartment a little tired but generally clean. Parking isn't always the easiest, especially in a bigger car. If the 3 spaces at the front are taken then it is very difficult to access the rear of the building.

Very Comfortable and clean, everything you need. The only apartments I'll ever use in Derby 😊

I didn't live there due to very uncomfortable condition but NO refunded. I came up stay with another accommodation for nearly two months. It's really extreme bad case for nearly two months fee without any refunded.
