It was cheap, had everything needed in the kitchen and was clean

heater bedroom - not working light in living room - not working Shower rub seal broken - water leaking on the floor while showering No mirror in bathroom Toilet seat broken when arrived (not even attached to the toilet!), was replaced the following day but with cheap one which moves when seated so was not even fitted right no extractor fan in bathroom Crap Parking - 3 parking bays on the front for 6 apartments and car blocking the entrance to the back parking so you could not excess it After booking and paid on Booking.com they hit you with another £100 secure deposit which you have to pay otherwise they will not release the keys and when you pay that you have to use a link they send you (which didnt work) and give them more of personal information which includes a photo of your driving licence or passport as well as your email address which all has to be done on there own check in app but as the link does not work you cant do it and when you call them I spoke to a woman (3 times) complaining the link does not work and she kept on saying it does work even though i had send her the screenshot or the error code to show it was not work and all she kept on saying was I had to log in and complete the check in and give them all my personal information otherwise they will not release the keys and I could NOT cancel the booking and get refunded as again she just keep on saying it is our terms and conditions so the customer service a joke and it took hours before they send a new link which did work so i had no option but to complete the app and give them all my private details

Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable

Great communication with the team, a coupe of pubs, places to get food and a Tesco right on the door step. Easy to park and a lovely little apartment
